Personal Cloudwatch is used only by the owner of the connected accounts. A Google account is connected only after its owner grants OAuth access. The Google Drive permission is drive.metadata.readonly: it permits viewing file metadata and storage information, but not downloading file contents, editing files, or deleting them.

The service reads storage quota and usage. If the owner explicitly configures a folder check, it may temporarily process file metadata to calculate an aggregate count and size. The stored status contains an internal account identifier, provider, check time, quota, health result, and aggregate folder figures. It does not store file names, file contents, or the raw response from Google in the status report.

The status and encrypted OAuth credentials are kept on the owner's Hetzner server. The current status snapshot is replaced by the next check. Credentials remain until the owner disconnects the account or revokes access through Google Account settings. The service does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising or analytics. This informational website does not use analytics or tracking cookies.

The owner can stop future access at any time by removing Personal Cloudwatch from Google Account connections. The owner can also remove the server connection and its stored credentials. For questions, use the developer support address shown on the Google consent screen.
